Hello friends, family, and FANS! Your favorite highly athletic Williams sisters, Blake and Devon (not Venus and Serena) have an exciting announcement to make: we are going to run the 2023 Chicago Marathon together!!! We’ll be running in October for Gilda’s Club in Chicago, which provides a space where men, women and children whose lives have been impacted by cancer can feel they are part of a welcoming community of support. We’re specifically running in memory of Mike’s sister, Samantha Salazar, who passed away to cancer in 2015. Although we never met her, we’ve heard stories of her hilarious personality, her genuine kindness, and her incredible passion for life. We are also running to honor Blake’s friend who is a breast cancer survivor. We’d love your support (financially or otherwise!) as we go on our exciting journey towards the FINISH LINE!!!
