Hello Friends! I am going to be running the 2025 Chicago Marathon with the fabulous Team Gilda!! I found Gilda's Club when I was first diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago. They are not only a safe and welcoming place to walk into where your fears and struggles will be understood, but they also offer hundreds of ways to help support you, your family, caregivers, and loved ones through your cancer journey - all free of cost! How do they do that?? They are able to do that through generous donations from all of us! Please consider donating to this priceless organization to help them help so many others! Oh, wait!! It gets better!! The marathon will fall on My Birthday!! Oh, wait - it gets EVEN BETTER!!! My son will be joining me and running his first marathon ever! - for Team Gilda as well!!
