The Fundraising Page of Eduardo Palma

Hi everyone! The 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon will be the first marathon that I've ever joined. This year, over 50,000 participants are expected to race in this 26.2 mile celebration of human endurance. Though I am voluntarily seeking to overcome such a demanding feat of resilience, there are millions of other people who are not. In 2025, the American Cancer Society forecasts that over 2 million new cancer cases will be diagnosed and that more than 600,000 people will die from the disease. Additionally, cancer is a very expensive disease to treat with US medical costs surpassing $200 billion in 2020. The good news is that there is a compassionate team of people who have dedicated their lives to bringing relief to those suffering from cancer. I am thankful to be a part of Team Gilda's commitment to provide resources to anyone impacted by any type of cancer by joining their campaign to raise over $2,100 for 2025. I want to complete this event by supporting a great cause that benefits those who understand the true meaning of endurance.
