The Fundraising Page of Sarah Cannon

I started running in high school. It was there that I discovered how amazing it is to be a part of team. I continued running track and cross country in college. It was on the Hope College cross country team that I met one of my best friends, Sally. Sally and I are training for the Chicago Marathon in October of 2025. We chose to partner with Gilda's Club to raise money for those impacted by cancer. There have been multiple people in my life affected by cancer. My Bumpa, my dad's dad, passed away at only 61 years old from prostate cancer. Sadly, my siblings and I were never able to meet him. I will be running the Chicago marathon in honor of him and so many other lives lost too soon by this horrible disease.
