I'm running for Gilda's Club in honor of my mom, who is a triple cancer survivor! After battling two types of cancer, she was set to retire from nursing in 2020. Then COVID happened and she postponed her retirement to help with the pandemic. Right after, she finally retired and within months she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. She is currently in remission but continues to fight everyday to be the best mom and grandmother that she can be. Love her so much and proud to run on Team Gilda in my mom's name!
