I'm thrilled to be running on behalf of Gilda's Club for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon! This amazing organization makes sure that no one faces cancer alone by connecting individuals and families who are navigating the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. Through their free programs and services, they provide a safe and welcoming space where people can come together, share their stories, and find support from others who truly understand. In the spirit of not facing challenges alone, I'd like to bring YOUR loved ones along for the journey. If you donate at least $100 dollars, I'll write your loved one's name on my jersey for race day so they can cross the finish line with me. Their names will be featured right along side two of my dear friends, Harley and Mike who've braved the hardships of cancer. I've unfortunately seen the wake that cancer can leave on the individual with the diagnoses but also to the ones around them. So I'm running for them, their families and friends.
