Hi Family! I’m excited to share that I’ll be running the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon on behalf of Gilda's Club Chicago! Those who know me well know that while I was at Howard University, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer twice. By God’s grace, she beat it both times, and because of that journey, it’s deeply important for me to run for a cause that supports and uplifts individuals and families impacted by cancer. Training for 26.2 miles will easily be the biggest physical challenge I’ve ever taken on, but this is about something far greater than myself. Every mile will represent perseverance, faith, community, and purpose. Join me as I take on the odds and attempt to accomplish what only about 1% of the world’s population has ever completed; a marathon. 26.2 miles. One mission. One cause. Let’s go Team Gilda! 💙🏃🏾‍♂️
